Your booking covers travel in one of our comfortable, air-conditioned coaches and the services of an experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly driver-guide.
Optional extras such as attraction tickets, loch cruises, meals, and accommodation are not included, giving you the freedom to choose what best suits your preferences. You can add tickets through our booking system or discuss with our reservations team at 123 123 1234.
Most attractions no longer require advance booking. If any do, we’ll send you the link in your confirmation email.

Yes! Children aged 4 and over are welcome, with concessionary rates for those aged 4–16. For safety reasons, we cannot accept children under 4 years old.
Yes, tours require a minimum of 6 passengers to run. If your chosen tour does not meet this number, we’ll transfer you to another available tour free of charge, or issue a full refund.
Our tours run all year. During winter, daylight may be limited, with sunset as early as 3pm. Some late-afternoon photo stops may not be possible, but our guides will always adjust to ensure you get the best experience.
All tours are conducted in English by our expert driver-guides.
If needed, we can provide written translations in: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Mandarin. For private tours, we can also arrange a foreign-speaking guide in your preferred language.
We love to give you as much time off the coach as possible so you can fully enjoy the landscapes and short walks. We recommend bringing warm and waterproof clothing, comfortable shoes, and a hat or sunscreen for sunny days.
Since hot food isn’t permitted on our coaches, a packed cold lunch is a great option, especially during busy seasons, as it saves time at stops. And of course—don’t forget your camera to capture Scotland’s beautiful scenery and wildlife!
It’s essential to arrive in good time before departure, as our coaches must leave promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. Check-in opens 15 minutes before the scheduled departure and closes 5 minutes before.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed tours. If you have onward travel connections, please allow plenty of time, as we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

Currently, our coaches are not wheelchair accessible. However, foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage hold. Please note there are 2–3 steps when boarding the coach.
Some attractions, such as Loch Ness cruises, may not be suitable for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility. If you have questions, call our reservations team at 123 123 1234 for advice.
We do our best to return on schedule, but return times cannot be guaranteed due to possible traffic or roadworks. Please avoid booking tight travel connections after your tour.

Edinburgh is compact and easy to explore. Lothian Buses provides updated timetables and live bus tracking. The city is also very cycle-friendly, with car-free routes such as canal paths and old railway lines. Bicycle hire is available too.

No, our vehicles do not have onboard toilets. However, we plan regular comfort breaks along the journey.
