1-Day Tours:
Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Extended Tours (lasting more than one day):
Amendments can be made up to 7 days prior to departure.
Drive Me Wild Scotland reserves the right to cancel tours if the minimum number of passengers required is not met. A minimum of 6 passengers is needed for a tour to proceed. In such cases, our responsibility is limited to either providing a full refund of the amount paid or offering a suitable alternative tour, as agreed with the customer.
1-Day Tours:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure – 100% refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure – no refund
Extended Tours (more than one day):
Cancellations made more than 7 days before departure – 100% refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure – no refund
(Please note: additional cancellation fees may also apply from accommodation providers, and these will be the customer’s responsibility.)
If a passenger is late for departure or unable to locate the pick-up point, no refunds or reschedules will be provided.
