We retain your booking records for 24 months for reconciliation purposes. After this period, all personally identifiable information is automatically removed. If you wish to access loyalty or repeat-user discounts, you will need to provide your original booking reference, as we will no longer have access to your personal details after deletion.

If You Are a Company

We may collect and process the relevant personal data you provide when contacting us to arrange or commission tour services, as well as to manage bookings, updates, and any related queries.

If You Are a Supplier

We collect and process personal data necessary to receive your services, process transactions, and pay invoices.

However, please note that when travelling with Drive Me Wild Scotland, our vehicles are equipped with onboard CCTV for legitimate business purposes as a transport provider. All CCTV data is automatically deleted from our systems after 28 days.
